ES3, from Vitobest®, is a specially formulated formula to help us relax the mind and body, maintain our cognitive health, and improve post-exercise recovery time.
In obtaining ES3, Vitobest® incorporates ingredients that help to reduce stress levels:
- Phosphatidylserine: phospholipid capable of enhancing memory and decreasing its deterioration due to aging1 and stress2. Furthermore, it can accelerate post-exercise recovery, prevent muscle pain, and decrease cortisol concentration3 (a hormone related to increased stress levels).
- Theanine: an amino acid capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier and acting directly on the dopamine, serotonin, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) production centers; enabling an increase in the state of pleasure4 and a decrease in stress and anxiety levels5.
- Licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra): contains glycyrrhizic acid, which acts directly on the adrenal gland inhibiting cortisol metabolism.
- Extract of Rhodiola rosea: exerts an anti-fatigue effect that can increase mental performance and decrease cortisol response to stress6.
Vitobest® uses vegetable capsules (VegeCaps) suitable for vegan diets for this supplement.
